Being that it's covered we have enjoyed many warm summer nights on the deck grilling out and entertaining friends. The deck spans the entire width of the house - with the north side not covered, south side covered (the majority is covered). We had plans to put in a hot tub on the uncovered side - it is the absolute perfect area for it!! The backyard is not huge, but it's also plenty of yard if you have a child or pet. There is a flower bed that has been professionally landscaped that stretches the entire backyard. There are 4 trees that in the years to come will offer plenty of shade. We have done tons of updates to the home - we have had the entire home professionally painted (including ceilings). No builders paint here! This is great whether you have a child or a pet because it doesn't get much easier than these to take care of!! Master bedroom is spacious, double doors lead to the master bath. A huge "buying point" for us was the enormous closet! With shelves and 3 rows to hang clothes on it boasts a larger closet than some homes I have seen with double the sq footage! In the hall bath we had it painted a rich chocolate red color. We have also replaced the sink fixtures along with all of the towel fixtures and the ceiling lights. All the door handles have been replaced with new antiqued bronze fixtures. Overall we have our house just the way we want it now and if we could pick it up and move it with us - we would be elated...but I don't think that's possible so..... Our loss is your gain!
