Capital Needed! Be my partner on a large property - Amazing profits

I have a large amount of real estate opportunities available and need individuals who have capital.  I've been in this business for over 20 years and have developed a system of buying and selling properties that can produce multi-million dollar profits in a fairly short time.  I'm not sure how to get my point across that this is for real; this is not a scam or anything of that nature.  You will get up to 50% ownership in amazing properties for helping with down payment and management fee.  Your percentage protected by LLC agreement prepared by an attorney.  Most of my properties are set up with seller financing and are bought well below market, so the return on investment can be amazing.  These properties normally range in value from $1 million to $20 million.  Average amounts I need from you will range from $700k-$900k (can be 2 or more partners).  I will do my best to keep debt service on mortgages deferred out to keep our carrying costs low, thus keeping our return on investment as high as possible.  My goal is to hook up with happy, positive minded individuals that understand how the real estate market works.  I'm not interested in dealing with anyone who will continually be on my back day after day.  My hope is to form new friendships and make money at the same time.  We can talk anytime...  I am the real deal.
