I seek out commercial properties and have the principal?s discount & carryback. The properties I seek are from 1.5M - 90M. You must be able to act quickly and provide funds to cover the down payment and appraisal fee (if needed). The investor I choose will earn a great return on their money.

A letter of credit and the up-front appraisal fee funds can also be used.

I also provide my services as a "Scout" for investor groups etc. I'm a seasoned commercial property investor for the past 35 years. A 3% Fee is applicable for my services.
