Seeking Investors to Purchase B & B and let me run it as a working partner

In search of investors that simply can provide funds to purchase a home to make into a bed and breakfast or one already available.  I run the Silverton Inn and Hostel and want to develop a more upscale Inn in a better location of town.  I have many bookings here but its for those with discriminatory tastes and dont want to spend but $25 per night.  I want a bed and breakfast we can charge $100 on up.

I am willing to work with investors in the US or Abroad.  I have 15 years experience and a family of investment bankers and wine makers.  I want to make my Bed and Breakfast the talk of Silverton.
